1. Eligibility and acceptance

By using this site or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable UAE law and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Nature of the service

Fazaa Fazaa provides a membership programme that may give access to discounts, offers, and related benefits from participating merchants. The membership is not a bank account, stored value facility, payment instrument, credit product, loan, insurance policy, or investment product. No banking or lending services are provided through the membership itself.

3. Pricing, billing and renewals

Membership pricing, billing frequency, and included benefits are shown at checkout before payment. By completing a purchase, you authorise the displayed charge, including applicable VAT where required. If an auto-renewing plan is offered and selected, renewal charges will apply at the disclosed interval unless you cancel before the next billing date.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel future renewals by contacting us using the details below or through any account tools made available on the site. Cancellation stops future billing but does not usually reverse charges already paid for the current term unless a refund is required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer terms.

5. Merchant offers and availability

Merchant discounts, promotions, and other benefits are provided by third-party merchants and may change, expire, be limited by inventory, geography, eligibility, booking windows, blackout dates, or merchant terms. We do not guarantee that any specific merchant offer will remain available for any period.

6. Acceptable use and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fazaa Fazaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for third-party merchant acts, omissions, products, or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
