Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, refunds, and membership termination are handled for services offered by Fazaa Fazaa Membership Services L.L.C in the United Arab Emirates.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your membership or service by contacting us at [email protected] or by phone at +971 50 748 2619. Please include your full name, registered email address, and membership details so we can process the request.
Renewal and auto-renewal
If a membership plan is offered on a recurring basis, the renewal terms, billing interval, and whether auto-renewal applies will be presented at checkout or in the applicable order flow before payment is completed. If auto-renewal applies, cancellation will stop future renewals, but charges already processed for the current active billing period are generally not reversed unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed based on the nature of the service purchased, whether benefits have been accessed or used, and any mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law. Where a refund is approved, it will typically be returned to the original payment method. Non-refundable charges, if any, will be disclosed before purchase.
Timing and fees
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days, although the final posting time depends on your payment provider or bank. Unless disclosed during checkout, we do not state a standard cancellation fee on this page. Any applicable administrative or payment processing deductions will only apply where clearly communicated in advance or required by the payment channel.
Membership termination
When a cancellation or termination takes effect, access to membership benefits may end immediately or at the end of the paid term, depending on the plan terms shown at purchase. We may also suspend or terminate a membership where required for fraud prevention, payment failure, misuse, or compliance reasons.
